  • Booths may be shared by two exhibitors. all exhibitors and vendors must be registered with Green Days in Beverly Hills by June 1.
  • Each booth will be issued one 8 x 10 identification sign with company name.
  • Electricity and extra tables/chairs must be ordered in advance. Exhibitors must bring their own surge protectors.
  • All booths shall be set up and operated in such a way as not to detract from other exhibits.
  • Exhibitors agree not to deface, injure or mar the exhibit area. Charges will be assessed if damage occurs.
  • Food, beverage and distribution of samples must be pre-approved by Green Days in Beverly Hills to ensure compliance with city guidelines.
  • Arrival: Please sign in at check in table to receive badges and information package.
  • Load In: Booth load in and setup is available on Saturday, June 23rd from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM. Expo opens to public at 9 AM.
  • Load Out: Booth break down and load out will be on Sunday, June 24 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Exhibitors are not permitted to dismantle exhibits or pack materials until event closes at 5:00 PM.
  • Cancellation/Refund Policy: Written notice of cancellation must be received by June 1, 2007 to receive a full refund. No cancellations/refunds will be accepted after June 1, 2007.
